This is ideal for companies who need to hire at least 5 people within the next 3 - 9 months and those that are not ready to make a long term recruiting hire, but want the support as if they did.
Ideally, we’re brought in to supplement a team with at least one dedicated HR (or Operations person handling HR).
We’re not the right fit for high volume non-exempt hiring.

Most recruiters charge fees based on the compensation of the person hired (typically 20-30%). We hate that.
We charge a flat fee based on the amount of resources needed to fill the role. The job market changes from year to year, making some roles more challenging to fill than others. Some industries are more challenging as well.
Our fees are based on role level, market data, and role specialization. Typically, the more senior and specialized the role, the smaller the candidate pool is and the harder it is to find the perfect candidate.
